Do my staff need special training?+
No. Scoop is a chat app. If somebody can use WhatsApp, they can use Scoop on their first day: no forms, no dropdowns, no tickets. They type the way they already type, and the tracking happens behind them.
Does this replace WhatsApp completely?+
Only for work, and that is the point. Work chat moves to Scoop so promises get tracked; family groups, jokes and personal chat stay exactly where they are. Most teams start with one Scoop group — one shift, one client, or one project — and leave everything else alone.
Do we have to stop using our other project software?+
No. Jira, Asana and your ERP are built for six-month plans, and they are good at that. Scoop is for the promise somebody makes at 2 PM that has to be done by 5. They sit side by side, because nobody opens a dashboard to type “dispatching batch 4 at 4 PM”.
What if someone writes in Hindi, Marathi or Hinglish?+
That is the normal case here, not an edge case. Scoop reads Hindi, Marathi, Hinglish and English, including a sentence that mixes them — “kal subah tak bhej deta hoon” is a commitment, and Scoop treats it as one.
Is our chat private?+
Messages are encrypted where they are stored, and only the people in a conversation can read them in the app. We will also say the harder part plainly: Scoop is not end-to-end encrypted. The whole product is software reading your work chat to find commitments, and that is impossible if nobody can read it. We keep only the people you actually connect with — never your whole address book.
What happens if we hit the free limit?+
Messages keep sending and arriving as normal, and every task already found stays tracked and still nudges. The only thing that pauses is Scoop reading new messages to find new tasks, and it starts again by itself when the day resets. Nothing to unwind, nothing to drain.
