Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Wisemove AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") about your use of Scoop. By using the app, you accept them.

What Scoop is

Scoop is a messaging app that reads your conversations with an AI to find tasks people have committed to, and shows them in one list.

The AI may get things wrong. It may miss something somebody promised, and it may pick up something that was never a promise at all. Scoop is a helpful reminder, not a record of what anybody actually agreed to. Do not rely on it as proof, and do not use it as your only system for anything that matters.

Your account

• –You need a working phone number to sign in.
• –You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your phone locked.
• –One person, one account. Do not share it.
• –You must be 18 or older.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.

What you may not do

• –Send anything unlawful, threatening, hateful, or designed to harass.
• –Send spam, bulk marketing, or automated messages.
• –Impersonate somebody else.
• –Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• –Use Scoop to collect other people's phone numbers.
• –Add people to groups who have not agreed to be there.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it so the app can work — including sending it to our AI provider to find tasks, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you send. Do not send anything you do not have the right to send.

Plans and limits

Scoop has free and paid plans. Each has a daily limit on how much AI processing it includes.

Running out of that allowance stops the AI finding new tasks. It never stops your messages. Chat keeps working, and tasks already found are still tracked. The allowance resets each day.

Prices and limits may change. We will tell you before a change affects a plan you are paying for.

Availability

We try to keep Scoop running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or withdraw features. We may take the service down for maintenance.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows:

• –Scoop is provided "as is", with no warranties.
• –We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from a task the AI missed, invented, or got wrong.
• –Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you want.

Open You → Close account. We will send a code to your number and ask you to enter it, so that nobody who picks up your phone can close your account for you.

If you cannot get into the app, write to us at support@wisemove.ai from the phone number on the account and we will do it.

Closing an account cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover it, or anything in it.

When an account is closed:

• –your profile stops being visible to anyone, and you can no longer sign in,
• –we stop using your data to find tasks, and stop processing it for anything else,
• –your name is removed from the messages you sent,
• –the tasks found in your messages are deleted.

Messages you have already sent to other people stay in their conversations, with your name removed. We cannot reach into somebody else's copy of a chat and take your words out of it, any more than any other messaging app can. If you want particular messages gone, delete them before you close your account.

We keep your registration record — your phone number, your name and the date you signed up — for 180 days after closure, then delete it permanently. Indian law requires us to hold it for that period after an account is cancelled. During those 180 days it is kept apart from the running app and used for nothing except answering a lawful request.

Your phone number is released immediately, so you can sign up again with the same number if you want to. That would be a new account, not the old one back.

If you stop using Scoop

If your account is inactive for 180 consecutive days — meaning the app has not connected to our servers in that time — we may close it and delete its data.

This is not a punishment. Keeping personal data we are not using is a risk to you and a burden on us, so we would rather not hold it. Where we are able to reach you, we will try to warn you before we do this.

Ending it from our side

We may end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Scoop. Wisemove AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is registered at Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which ones you are reading. Continuing to use Scoop after a change means you accept the new terms.
